Final adjustments on the drivers seat have been made and the brackets have been set in place.  A few minor tweaks will need to be made for the final installation of it and the passenger seat but these will not be major set backs.  We have removed the dashboard to finish up a few things behind it as well as the removal of non-essential items from it.  It is up in the as of right now if we are going to tackle the task of the wiring before the event at Carolina Motorsports Park July 14-15, 2007 with NASA-SE.  There is much to be done behind the dash and with the event drawing closer it would more than likely be in our best interest to hold off on it.  With that focus is certainly shifting towards the new motor and transmission as a number of our new parts have arrived.  Installation should not be long for these items and then the focus can shit towards the installation of the engine and transmission into the vehicle.  Once we have that complete and the remaining brake parts arrive gears will shift once again and we will complete the brakes.

Progress with the Civic has really taken off.  The vast majority of the interior has been removed at this point.  Very few items are left including the door panels and glass, the dashboard and items inside of and behind it.  Some of the sound deadening has almost been removed already with out the aide of dry ice.  We are going to have to find a local store that carries dry ice to remove the remain pieces of the sound deadening, however this will probably be completed after the event at Carolina Motorsports Park July 14-15, 2007.  We have also test fitted the new drivers seat and everything looks to be coming together nicely.  We would like to thank Jeremy for working out a deal with us on his used S68 Bucket Seat.  With very few interior items left to take care of at this point focus will begin to shift on the new engine and transmission.  There are a few items that will have to be addressed with that before the old engine and transmission can be removed and the new ones installed.

Work has started on the vehicle for preparation of the NASA-SE event at Carolina Motorsports Park July 14-15, 2007.  We hope to have the interior of the vehicle gutted replacing the stock seats with our "new" ones as well as replace the engine and transmission with a fresher one.
