WTDR Exblow Wrap-up
This weekend's events were a resounding success, despite a smaller than
expected turnout and the best efforts of Mother Nature. The crew at
We-Todd-Did-Racing organized a great weekend for all, and for PIC
Performance in particular. Our Apex R3's performed well beyond
expectations on the P1 Auto Integra GSR with street tires, rolling some
of the NASA-prepped ITR's on R-compounds.
Our own car there, piloted by Jason Bruce was battling a combination of
tire, camber, and tie-rod issues the whole weekend, but was able to get
out there tear up the track in 2 very productive heats. Nobody ever
sait that it'd be easy or cheap ;)
(Better) Pictures soon to come, and check your local boards for reviews, opinions, and comparisons of the PIC R3's.

EF/DA/CRX Kits
To provide ample height adjustment while maintaining effective, useable shock travel, PIC Performance's EF/DA/CRX generation coilovers
are fitted with modified upper and lower mounts, as seen below. The
upper mount has been raised so as to accommodate the length of the
piston rod and allow a full range of travel, while the lower mount has
been shortened in order to allow users to lower their cars a
considerable distance.
Entire kit comes pre-assembled using high-strength steel bushing sleeves, along with locking nut
Completed prototype mounts, assembled
FEA analysis performed during intial design shows the ability
to withstand much more than the typical amount of stress (one time, and
cyclic) the upper mounts will see
These modified mounts are specific to these generations of
Hondas, and come fully assembled. Now the popular EF can be lowered
noticeably without shock travel suffering.
